Prices
All our prices are displayed in euros (VAT included but excluding customs fees and other taxes).
Payment
The kaemastudio.com website accepts payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna. With Klarna and PayPal, you can choose to split your payment into three or four installments without additional fees.
Delivery
We offer free standard shipping for orders over €200 in France. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

Important Information
All orders are shipped via Colissimo or Chronopost and require a signature upon delivery. You can provide an alternative daytime delivery address when placing your order, such as your workplace address (recommended).
Delivery times are indicative. Please note that delivery to rural addresses may result in longer delivery times.
Please note that most of our items are available for pre-order. Therefore, the manufacturing time must be added to the shipping time.
During rare sales periods, the large number of orders may lead to longer delivery times.
Taxes and Customs Fees
Product prices are expressed in euros, VAT included but excluding customs fees and other taxes. For orders outside the EU, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
KAEMA cannot be held responsible for actions and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
Return Policy
Kaema has a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days from the date of delivery of your order to return it, as evidenced by the postmark, to our return center for a refund or exchange.
Any claims regarding the delivery of products must be submitted within 30 working days of receipt of the products. They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, label, etc.) and according to the following shipping conditions.
The customer must first contact Customer Service by e-mail at orders@kaemastudio.com to obtain a return label and the "Return Authorization Form" attached to the order, as well as any information related to shipping. No package will be accepted if it has not been subject to a prior request from Customer Service.
The return address will be communicated to you by e-mail.
Any package returned after the prescribed period will be refused and sent back to the sender. No package returned cash on delivery will be accepted, regardless of the reason. The costs and risks associated with the return of the Product(s) are the responsibility of the sender.
For customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in perfect condition, in its/their original packaging(s), undamaged, with its/their label(s), unworn, accompanied by all its/their accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.
The Customer will not have to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs and any customs duties.
Kaema cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft, or deterioration of the package. Packages for which the Customer's identification (name, surname, address, and return code) is not possible will be refused.
Refund
We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order and you will not incur any fees for this refund.
Gifts
If the goods were marked as gifts when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
